BIKE N HIKE REPAIR POLICIES
Our Service Departments provide continual training to our technicians. We also work closely with companies like Shimano, SRAM and Fox Racing Shox to make sure we can provide you with the most up-to-date services possible. At the same time, we maintain our inventory of tools going back over 40 years so we can service your 1978 Peugeot as well as your 2015 Norco!
Bike N Hike stands behind our staff of professional mechanics and the work they do. All service work come with a 30 day guarantee. Adjustments, including new bikes, new cables and wheels, can have break-in period, which is why we extend this guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the repair service we have provided, please feel free to bring the bike back in along with a copy of your repair invoice and speak with the store Service Manager.
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required in order to hold a spot on our schedule. This will be applied towards the repair.
A 50%(total estimated repair) deposit may be required for any repair greater than $200. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for any non I.B.D. bike. (ie: Magna, Mongoose, Vortex, etc) Deposits will be applied towards the repair.
COMPLETION & FEES
- Customer will be notified by telephone when the repair is completed and ready to be picked up.
- Repairs not picked up by the 10th day from which customer was notified of its completion will begin accruing a $2 a day storage fee.
- Repairs not picked up by the 30th day from which customer was notified of its completion will be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.
