Our Guarantee

We strive for you to make the most out of your ride!  Come in to any of our stores, tell us your story and goals, and pose questions to our knowledgeable staff.  As bike riders ourselves we understand that it can be difficult to predict whether that saddle will be comfortable, or if that rack will be compatible with your bike. That’s why we pride ourselves not only on excellent, friendly service, but also a 30-day return policy.

Our In-Store Return Policy

We extend a 30 day money back return policy.  Please note that items must be in new condition, accompanied by the original receipt, and contain all original packaging materials.

Purchases made by credit card will be refunded using the same credit card used for the purchase.  Debit card purchases will be refunded back to the same card run as a credit card return.  Cash back on returns are subject to cash on hand.  A check will be promptly issued in cases where Bike n Hike cannot give cash back at time of return.  In some situations a refund check will be mailed when an authorized check signer is not on duty.

Our Service & Repair Guarantees

Bike n Hike stands behind our staff of professional mechanics and the work they do.  All tune-ups and repair work come with a 60 day guarantee.  New bikes, new cables and wheels can have break-in period, which is why we extend this guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with the repair service we have provided, please feel free to bring the bike back in, along with a copy of your repair invoice, and speak with the store Service Manager.

Price Matching

We will happily match the price on any in-stock item* of a local competitor.
